I had such a wonderful time with Josh and Jennie’s seriously beautiful family. I met them at their friends flower farm Buellton, CA . The day was filled with laughing and giggles. The kids favorite part was when I lost my shoe in the mud, for some reason they found this hilarious. How we managed to keep them clean was beyond me, lol. As you can see these kids were total hams and I loved every minuet of it!
I absolutely love taking pictures of new borns but I had been wanting to something a little more grown up lately. I spent the past year with children and family’s building a heart felt portfolio. I noticed there was mostly kids involved in every shoot. I was craving some models who would take direction a little better, lol. So I enlisted the help of a dear friend of mine to be my co-art director, Katie Curry, since I had just had a baby and knew I couldn’t pull everything together in a timely manner. It’s unbelievable how time consuming one little baby can be. Katie was a dream sent, I love her style and with a new art degree I knew she would have so many good ideas. We climbed the highest of hights above the Santa Barbara skyline for this one. Three house mates blessed me with their beautiful faces and lovely closets.
More of this shoot coming soon….
